How to Naturally Cure Body Odor

Body odor is an embarrassing problem for many people, but it doesn't have to be. With a few changes to your diet and lifestyle, it's usually fairly easy to get rid of body odor and prevent future problems with body odor.

Change your diet. Avoid heavily processed foods and artificial foods. Try eating more raw foods. Even small changes, like eating raw vegetables instead of steamed vegetables can make a difference. Avoid foods with strong odors, too, such as onions and garlic. The scent of these foods can seep through your pores.

Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. If you already do, aim for 10 glasses a day or 12 per day if you're very active.

Mix 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide with 1 cup of water, then wipe it on the areas where the bad odor is present, such as your underarm, feet or groin. This solution may help kill the bacteria that is causing the odor
